Our Team
Our team, trained in both Medical and Non-Medical staffing, extends compassionate care beyond hospital walls and therapy centers, setting the bar for excellence in home care. With a broad spectrum of services, encompassing medical and non-medical care, we're committed to continual growth and advancement in every facet of our services.
From the very start of life, the need for assistance is evident. Our staff comprehends not just the physical but also the mental limitations and behaviors, delivering comprehensive care. We believe in teamwork, driven by unwavering compassion, never giving up on each other—because together, we enact the change patients and families yearn for.
Dr. Crystal Edwards embarked on her healthcare journey as a resident aide, providing compassionate care to elderly individuals grappling with Chronic Illnesses even before graduating high school in 2010. With a foundation laid as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she balanced her undergraduate education while serving in the United States Army Reserves from 2011, completing two combat tour deployments with honor, solidifying her dedication to service.

Graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Dr. Edwards pursued higher education, earning a Masters of Public Health and a PhD in Public Health with a specialization in Epidemiology. Her extensive experience across various realms of public health has been instrumental in shaping her vision for Seek2Find Home Care Services L.L.C.

Drawing from her multifaceted background, Dr. Edwards established Seek2Find with a mission to serve marginalized communities—veterans, minorities, the disabled, the elderly, and rural populations with limited resources. Her vision revolves around ensuring equitable healthcare access, enhancing health literacy, and prolonging the quality of life for these groups.

Dr. Edwards' diverse skill set, honed through her military service, academic pursuits, and hands-on healthcare experience, forms the bedrock of Seek2Find's commitment to patient care. Her expertise in epidemiology and public health equips the agency to cater specifically to the unique needs of at-risk populations, fostering an environment that prioritizes individualized care and community well-being.
