Non-compete agreement is to protect Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC and its valid business interest. Valid business interest includes but are not limited to trade secrets and proprietary information. Trade secrets include but are not limited to Care Plans and Methods of treatment shared with new hire employee. Proprietary information includes but is not limited to contracts made between clients/patients and Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC. This non-compete agreement covers the Atlantic Geographic Area for 5 years.
