Registered Nurse Contract Stipulations
Below are stipulations of a contract between Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC and a Registered Nurse.
Patient Confidentiality (HIPAA Law)
Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC respects the confidentiality of all patients.
Confidentiality is essential to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare privacy.
HIPAA laws are strictly enforced according to Georgia State Law. Under no circumstances shall any patient information be shared unless authorized by a provider, patient, or the patient’s legal guardian.
Contracting With Other Companies
Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC requires a commitment period of three (3) years.
During the term of this contract, the Registered Nurse may not assist another home care agency, assisted living facility, or elderly care organization with their business operations or prospects.
Contracting With Seek2Find Home Care Services
Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC is a growing home care company with expected expansion over the next two years due to market demand.
Each RN will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance for patient evaluations.
Growth in Seek2Find Home Care Services
Opportunities for professional growth are always available within Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC.
There may be opportunities to request placement within our facility or a change in location based on company needs.
PRN Position
Positions at Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC are part-time and based on patient needs.
Longer shifts may be available depending on the requirements of the patient.
We respect and value the time of our RNs and will provide compensation for each patient visit completed that day unless otherwise discussed.
Notice
Any notice or communication required or permitted under this contract shall be considered properly given if delivered in person or sent by certified mail with return receipt requested to the address provided in the opening paragraph of this contract, or to any other address provided by either party in writing.
Attorney's Fees
In the event of a breach of this contract, the party responsible for the breach agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the other party for enforcement of this contract or recovery of damages.
The prevailing party in any legal action arising from this contract shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred during such proceedings.
Severability
If any provision of this contract is determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed from the contract without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
All remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision is considered invalid due to its scope or extent, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
