It is with great pleasure that Seek2Find Home Care Services LLC offers you the position of
Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. You will report to
Dr. Crystal Edwards. Your start date will be scheduled after you complete all
required compliance documents and reference checks.
This is a PRN position (as needed), a full-time position, or a part-time position.
The starting pay is $200.00 per patient upon completion of
assessment, evaluation, or services rendered. If you choose to work an hourly case,
the pay rate is $30.00 per hour.
The primary case location is Lawrenceville, Georgia. Seek2Find Home Care
Services provides services throughout 9 counties.
Employment Offer is Contingent Upon
- Satisfactory reference checks.
- Execution of the Employment, Non-Compete, and Confidentiality Agreement.
- Obtaining a current TB test (must be completed specifically for S2F).
- Proof of current Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse certification or licensure.
- Valid CPR, ALS, and BLS certification cards.
- Current resume.
- Negative COVID-19 test results or proof of COVID-19 vaccination before reporting to any case (if required).
Orientation
On your first day, you will attend an orientation that includes completing employment forms,
meeting management, receiving the Seek2Find Home Care Services Employee Handbook,
and training for your assigned case.
Please bring the required documentation to complete your new-hire forms, including proof
that you are legally authorized to work in the United States for I-9 Form purposes.
Failure to provide the required documentation within three (3) days of hire may result in
immediate termination of employment in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
